Bridget Stacey Luff is a movement teacher, performance artist and theatre maker.
After growing up in South Africa she moved to the UK in 2003 where she attended the Oxford School of Drama and Central Saint Martins. Living in London and Berlin, she studied different movement modalities, including dance, Franklin Method and Alexander Technique, eventually specialising in yoga and Pilates. Gradually she combined her studies and understanding of the human body and mind, to create a unique style she calls Artful Movement.
After becoming a mother Bridget moved to Oxford with her family where she continues to teach Pilates and make theatre and performance art. She is currently studying at the Laban conservatoire, focusing on movement in theatre, as well as producing a number of upcoming theatre projects.
